The Boys Interprovincial Competitions for 2024 recently concluded. These series played at U16 and U18 levels have been fiercely contested tournaments in Irish hockey for many decades and are one of the highlights of the Irish hockey calendar.

This season Railway had 5 players involved. On the Leinster U16 team was Charlie Trotter and Luke Murphy. This was Charlie's first time playing for Leinster. On the Leinster U18 team was Bruce Whaley, Toby Slye O'Connell and Rob O'Brien. This was Bruce's first Leinster hockey appearance . All 5 Railway boys did themselves, their families, their schools and their club proud with their performances and attitude. All of them are very good roles models to their club team mates and younger players in our junior programme.
